Withdraw from purchase

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless your right of withdrawal has expired due to immediate activation. More on this in the withdrawal policy. To do so, enter the order number from your order confirmation and the email address you used to place the order. Once you submit the form, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
